Service Policy
Warranty policy
Beijing Choice warrants new equipment to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the period, which is defined as sheet below, from the date of shipment under normal use and service. Beijing Choice's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing, at Beijing Choice's option, any part which upon Beijing Choice's examination proves defective.

The warranty shall not extend to any instrument that
1) out of warranty period;
2) has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accidents;
3) caused by modification or repair by anyone except Beijing Choice or Beijing Choice designated person;
4) from which Beijing Choice's original serial number tag or product identification markings have been altered or removed;
5) or any product of any other manufacturer;
6) accessories/parts like plastic enclosure, operation manual, hanging lace, packing
Beijing Choice warrants the repair and service referring to CE rules. All the repaired parts or replaced parts will be warranted for 3 months from the date of return. Maintenance will be served Parts will be available for a maximum period of seven (7) years after any equipment has been discontinued. Parts shall include all materials, instructions, diagrams and accessories that were furnished with the standard models.

Return Policy
Any material to be serviced or returned to Beijing Choice, the following procedures should be followed:
Obtain return authorization:
Contact the Technical Support Department and obtain a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the shipping container. Return shipments will not be accepted if the RMA number is not clearly visible. Please provide the model number, serial number, and a brief description of the reason for return.
In order to avoid customs import duty, please declare the unit value below US$30.
Freight policy
1. Within Warranty: The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the equipment is shipped to Beijing Choice for service (this includes custom charges). Beijing Choice is responsible for the freight & insurance charges from Beijing Choice to the customer.
2. After Warranty: The customer is responsible for any freight & insurance charges for returned product.

Renovation service (Only available for fingertip pulse oximeter made by Beiijng Choice)
According to customer's requirement, based on the service policy, Beijing Choice provides toll renovation service to returned fingertip pulse oximeter. The renovation is only relative to fingertip pulse oximeter main unit appearance, and the toll renovation service is a special toll service different from Beijing Choice warranty service.
The price of each unit renovation is US$17.5 (regardless of model of fingertip pulse oximeter).
The renovation doesn't include missing parts, hanging lace, operation manual, battery and package.
